RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We care about your growing success. That’s why we hold our seeds to the highest germination standards and test them regularly for viability. Our goal is to give every home grower the best possible chance to grow strong, healthy plants.
- There are many conditions that affect plant growth. While we can’t control the growing conditions our seeds will encounter, we still stand behind every packet. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date. Please include your order information in your return/exchange communication. Contact us for details.
Customers must contact us in advance of returning items to receive a Return Label and appropriate instructions. Returns sent that do not include Return Authorization will not be accepted.
All returns & exchanges must be post-marked within 2 weeks of the return authorization date.
For return-eligible items, there is no return shipping cost provided the return is authorized, returned in original packaging, and arrives in new condition.
Upon return, your item will be inspected and exchanges, credits or refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with applicable laws.
RETURNING ORDERS FROM OUTSIDE THE 48 US CONTIGUOUS STATES
Farm Republic only ships to the United States and so cannot accept any international returns.
PREPARING YOUR RETURN
Farm Republic reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in acceptable condition due to damage in return transit due to unprotective packaging by the client. All items must be shipped back securely within their original, protective outer packaging/parcel, any internal protective material, and an outer parcel without exception. Damaged and unpackaged returns will not be accepted.
UNDELIVERED ITEMS
Parcels that are unable to be delivered or refused will be subject to applicable return and re-stocking fees and will not be considered cancelled.
